Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your order has no tracking updates for more than 15 days, we will consider it lost and offer a refund or re-ship the item.
  • Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged and is reported within 3 days of delivery, we will issue a replacement or refund upon verification.

Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you decide you no longer want the product after receiving it.
  • Order Cancellation After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Delivery Issues Due to Incorrect Information: If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
